Shedding those unwanted pounds with little effort and lots of fun. We want to fight against heart dieases, diabets, hypertension and other health issues that are rampant in our community.

Exercise is necessary to keep our bodies healthy. In FFL dance fitness classes, we provide health and fitness assistance through low and high-impact dance aerobics and line dancing to induce a fun cardio workout.

Our FFL Classes

During our sessions, you will have the opportunity to experience high, medium, and low-impact workouts. Sessions include warm ups, line dancing, party dances, Flirty Girl aerobics, Zumba® circuits, stretching and cool downs.

The classes will be in session for a total of two hours in order to meet the various schedules of our clients. All of the dancing and instruction will be presented in the first hour, but feel free to stay for the second hour because we're gonna do it all over again! If you come in late, feel free to jump right in... you won't want to miss it!

Our Instructors are experienced in dancing and teaching dance styles such as HipHop, Tap, Contemporary Jazz, Creative Movement, and more!

Some of the dancing we do in our classes:

Latin Style Workout is a fun and energetic dance-fitness class inspired by Latin music, exotic dance rhythms, and fitness. Basic Latin and international moves such as Salsa, Cumbia, Tango and Merengue are introduced with a variety of movement variations.

Contemporary Jazz & HipHop will build strength, technique, movement quality, rhythm, balance, and jump by introducing students to classical jazz vocabulary. It will include a warm-up, across the floor exercises, and a fun choreography.

Line Dancing is fun for all ages and includes oldies like the Electric Slide, ChaCha Slide, and the Wobble. Learn the new and latest line dances. New ones are being created all across the country everyday!

Flirty Girl®
More than a good workout, these Nationally acclaimed feel- good classes make women feel more confident and sassy within. Flirty Girls are happier, healthier, and more empowered women.

Our Campaign Against Obesity: This multifaceted program targeting obesity using a Fun, Inspiring, Team-oriented (FIT) approach through music and, informational classes on nutrition, and weekly dance sessions.
